Who this is

Geniath is a companion platform for Windows desktop utilities. The public site, member dashboard, and storefront are operated for this instance. Reseller instances use their own name and catalog, but checkout and licenses still follow these rules unless a written custom agreement says otherwise.

Geniathis not affiliated with, endorsed by, or related to any game publisher. Using a tool is your choice and your responsibility under that game's own terms.

Accounts

You need an account to buy, redeem, and download. You must give a working email and a password that meets the signup rules. Keep those credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We can suspend or close an account that is abused, banned for fraud, or used to attack the service. Registration can be turned off on an instance.

Licenses and payments

Paid products are sold as licenses. Checkout is handled by SellApp. Prices, taxes, and payment methods are those SellApp shows at checkout. A completed purchase grants the license tied to that order, not ownership of the software.

Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes follow SellApp's process for that order. Geniath can pause or revoke a license that was obtained by fraud or a reversed payment.

Some products bind a license to a device. When that check is on, moving the license to another machine follows the product's own reset rules, not an unlimited swap.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Share, resell, or publicly post license keys unless you are an approved reseller on a reseller track.
• Attack, scrape, or probe the site, API, or other members.
• Circumvent license, hardware, or session checks.
• Use the tools for anything illegal where you live.

Creator links (`?a=`) are issued by us. You may share your own link. You may not mint codes, fake discounts, or impersonate Geniath.

Support

Support is through Discord. Open a ticket there. These pages do not create a separate SLA.

No warranty

The site and the tools are provided as-is. Game updates, Windows updates, and anti-cheat changes can break a tool. We patch when we can. We do not promise uptime, undetectability, or fitness for a particular match.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new text. If you do not, stop using the account and do not renew.
